How do NFC review cards work?
Each card has an NFC chip and a QR code. When a customer holds their phone near the card, or scans the code, your chosen page opens. No app is needed.
Which phones work with NFC review cards?
iPhone XS and newer read the cards automatically, and so do most Android phones with NFC switched on. Any phone with a camera can scan the QR code.
Which platforms can a review card link to?
Google reviews, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Checkatrade, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, your website, or any other link.
Can I change where my card links to?
Yes. Log in at frooglesolutions.com/account to change the link, pause the card or see how many taps it has had. You never need a new card.
Where do I find my Google review link?
Open your Google Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews (sometimes shown as Get more reviews) and copy the link. If you cannot find it, send us your business name and we will help.
